When the "prefix" pull down is clicked, there are NO pre-selected choices to use

There are some categories of Classifieds that require a prefix choice
and an error message prints out if you don't use one and in some case, YOU CANNOT POST until you make a prefix choice.

BUT....

When the "prefix" pull down is clicked, there are NO pre-selected choices to use,

and you are not allowed to make up your own prefix, you can only click a blank space under "prefix"
which means a person cannot post anything for sale in those categories of classifieds.....since there are no prefixes to choose.

Would you look into this?
