As of 8 June 2018, clicking "new posts" doesn't consistently take you to new posts

As of 8 June 2018, clicking "new posts" doesn't consistently take you to all the new posts
if you have logged in as a member.

It needs to take the same software path whether you are logged in as a member or not.
