The counter for "most users online at once" needs to be fixed.

On the Tampa Racing home page, there is a counter for "most users ever online."

For some time the counter has not worked properly.
It gives advertisers and visitors a false impression of how many users are on Tampa Racing, and It needs to be fixed.

It looks like it may be counting DAILY totals, and it looks like it counts sporadically.
If it is "most users", why does it sometimes go down and sometimes goes up?
The counter needs to be fixed.

Tampa Racing has had FAR MORE users online than a few hundred.

It seems to be taking random samplings at random hours.

Most users online ever was in the thousands.

However the random counter at random hours says
As of SEP 11 Most users online ever was 373
SEP 19 was 247
SEP 25 was 310
SEP 27 was 310
OCT 16 7:11Pm was 360
OCT 25 7:37PM 366
NOV 8 2018 2:38PM 414
