Default 89 yota with a blown headgasket

I have the chance to buy an 89 toyota with a blown head gasket, here is what I know about the car:

1989 Toyota Pickup SR5
Extended cab, 22re, 2wd
Red ext on grey int

Mileage is unknown to me at this point, its supposed to be relatively clean but I really dont know at this point, I am going to try to look at it tomorrow. Any idea how much I should offer for something like this? Also, worst case money wise what should I expect to get it running again assuming I do the work myself.

if the head isnt warped id say like 1500 bux for the truck.
if the head is crap- i had my 22re head redone at a shop in drew park, called National Cylinder Head for like 350.00, it was like brand new when i got it back . plus the price of a new head gasket. you could drive the truck forever with just keeping up with the basic maintance.

I agree with Eric. Really Nice ones are in the $3-3500 range.
