Default Clutch help

I need a new clutch after last weekend's trip to the mud hole. I think I'm going to go with the clutchmaster dual friction that way It will take more of a beating. The only thing I am unsure about is what size to order. My truck is a 1992 Ford F-150 with the 4.9l I6 and 5 speed tranny. All the places list a 10" and an 11" clutch. How do i find out which one is for my truck? I asked on an F-150 forum and i'm not getting much help. Can any of you guys help me out?
