I hada 92 and a 03. The block kit in the rear is farely cheap and easy to do. I'd say no to the coils up front, hated the ride. Just go with spindles to lower it in the front. You can get a decent kit for the whole truck for around $500.

I have relocated spindles (custom) and Eibach springs up front, rides damn good. 4" steel blocks out back.
KYB Gas-A-Just shocks are the best I've found, although I'm soon switching to Bilstein for autocross. |
Connot block the Rangers in Back it will raise the axle. Do a shackle hanger combo or drop leaf spring. Up front either a drop coil spring or 3" drop I beams are your choices. Drop beams are great keep the travel w/o the Negative camber. DJM "dream beams are my choice for those trucks.

by far the cheapest way to lower the rear is a hanger flip. air chisel or torch off the rivits holding on the rear hangers, flip em upsidedown and bolt em back on. a couple hours and $10 for bolts later you are 3" lower in the rear.
