I think you could do like I did with mine(after i swapped the front suspension parts from an edge onto my xlt). We cranked the torsion bars up and added a 3 inch block on the leaf sprinngs.

Btw where did you call to get a price?

I just had S&M do a few 3" lifts for us and it wasn't too bad.

I did it to allow for bigger tires and not have clearance issues. Plus I hated squating down toget in.

stupid question.

why does anyone modify anything? maybe because they like it that way...

most of the rangers i used to ride with had fabtech lifts, i almost got a 3.5 off ebay for 500, might want to check there. its an easy install, too.

ya dont need a new spindle, those are expensive. crank the torsion bars for an easy couple inches. you already have 2" lift blocks in the rear.

www.TheRangerStation.com has how to's on cranking the torsions, also forums for other Ranger specific questions.

http://www.rangerpowersports.com/for...d.php?t=130875 it doesnt seem to work to well with just the torsion bar crank, i want a true 3inch lift, the spindles are only around 300$ new so if thats what i need i might as well just get em right? i think all i need are these and some new shocks?
