Imagine the success in the black community if for the last 50+ years black women had kept marrying and moved their families where there where safe streets, good schools and good jobs instead of embracing Feminism and the Liberal Welfare state? Even if blacks had shopped at black owned stores instead of going to stores owned by non blacks there would have been improvements. By doing so money in the black community could circulated multiple times before leaving, creating wealth in the black community. Does this sound like a bad idea for the black community?

Children raised in traditional family with 1 or 2 children are far more likely to do well in school and be successful and far less likely to be raised in in poverty than children raised by a single mother of any race . *What is a bad idea for a white family tends to be a bad idea for a black family too*. Why do so many black families REFUSE to learn from other people's mistakes? Don't want to learn from a white man than learn from an Asian, if you are too racist to learn from either then learn from a man like Thomas Sowell or black immigrants who have not been raised as VICTIMS.

A wise man learns from mistakes made by others, most men learn from mistakes he makes and a FOOL never learns from his mistakes, he just keep repeating them. If a neighbor has a good idea I have no problem using it to make my life better. Why not do the same? The black men I worked with and those that live in the mostly white mixed neighborhoods I have lived in tended to be successful. The unelected activists and leaders of the black community seem to get upset with whites who offer the same advice to black children that they gave their own.

When a social policy is adopted and becomes a top priority - asking honest questions is the only way of ensuring you remain objective.

The radical left today appears to run into difficulty when those same questions are asked. I certainly don't agree with all of Sowell's positions on every topic, but the questions are worthy of being asked.
