Tampa Racing Official Event Track Attack May 13th

The road course is a 1.6 mile professional race track with elevation changes and many challenging corners. The track has many fast straights and some tight corners that will test your braking points and racing lines. The road course will not be run as a race, passing is allowed on designated areas. Divers are set up into class groups of driving experience: Advanced, Intermediate, and Beginner. Each group runs for 20 minutes, and no more than 6 cars on track at a time.

$125.00 per Half Day Driver
$25.00 per Ride-along
$10.00 per entry
Entry rate increases if you pay at the gate on day of the event

*The schedule is subject to change. The FIRM may suspend or cancel operations if severe weather is in the area.
SA-2010 OR NEWER HELMET IS REQUIRED FOR ALL DRIVERS. We do not allow SNELL, DOT or M-rated helmets. If you do not have a proper SA-2010 or later helmet you will not be allowed on track.
Track Layout

Planning Information

Entry is PER DRIVER, not per car. Each driver must register and pay individually. Pre-registration is strongly recommended.
If you are unable to attend, give us a call and we will gladly credit your payment towards a future event. We do not offer refunds.
Open Track Days/Track Attack Weekends run RAIN or SHINE!
All drivers *MUST* attend the mandatory drivers meeting. If you fail to attend the drivers meeting, you may not be allowed on track. If you know you won’t make it on time, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make arrangements.
Drivers must wear helmet and seat belts at all times when on the track.
A SA-2010 or newer helmet is REQUIRED for all car drivers!!
Natural fiber long-sleeve shirt is recommended. Long pants and closed toed shoes are required!
CONVERTIBLES ARE NOT ALLOWED unless they have proper roll over protection (roll bars or cage).
Tech Inspection required by FIRM staff.
The FIRM’s Track Policies must be adhered to at all times.
Participants who do not attend the mandatory tech inspection and mandatory drivers/rider meeting may not be permitted on the track until they see the FIRM’s Event Manager.
All drivers must be over 18 and have valid driver’s license.
Drivers under 18 *may* be allowed on track if they hold a recognized competition license AND have a parent sign The FIRM’s parental liability and release waiver form.
Good condition working seat belts or full safety harnesses are required.
Fire suits are recommended for all race prepared cars.
The paddock speed limit at The FIRM is 10 MPH.
Both the driver and passenger windows must be down.
Passing is allowed when the wheels are straight and then only with a “point by” from the driver being passed.
Return to pit-out for tire inspection if you have put two or more wheels off course.
If you drop two or more wheels off the course, go to the paddock for consultation. Repeated off course driving may end your day.
Track Days run rain or shine with no refunds*
Track Days are for drivers of all experience levels. However, you will be required to purchase a minimum of one instruction session with a FIRM instructor if you have no prior track experience.
The FIRM reserves the right to refuse access to the track to anyone at anytime.

Definition of Flags

Green: Your session has started
Checkered: Your session is over – finish this lap and return to the paddock
Yellow: Caution, slow down, no passing and be prepared to avoid track blockage
Red: Come to an immediate and safe stop
Black: Slow down, no passing – come to the paddock
Blue with yello

Welcome To RallyX at the Florida International Rally and Motorsports Park
RallyX at the FIRM is a new rally racing series that we will be hosting this year. Come drive your vehicle at the southeast's premier rally school. The basic format of our events will be similar to that of a typical SCCA or NASA Rally Cross, but there are some key differences. The main difference will be the 80/20, gravel to tarmac course. Rallycross participants will have to navigate through many dirt to pavement transitions on every run. Our main goal is to give the drivers out there a true rally experience and to allow them to push their skills beyond the limit. We have learned through many years of real world training, a course with alternating surfaces is the best way to push the limit.
The 2017 season will have 8 events throughout the year. You will earn points at each event and all will add up at the end of the year. All the racing is done here, on our 430-acre training facility where we have the perfect areas to set up a challenging course. Expect to see racing on our professional road course and the surrounding gravel roads.

ONLY $125

RallyX at The FIRM is a new off road racing series that will consist of timed race laps on a 80/20 off-road to tarmac race course. The drivers have to navigate through a challenging course to compete for the quickest lap times which means fast driving and plenty of sideways sliding. The lap times are added up at the end of the day for a total time and those times are what decide the results. The course will use dirt roads and sections of our professional road course to add up to around 2.3 mile race circuit. Each lap is usually around 3 minutes which gives the drivers plenty of time to push their skills to the test.

On-line registration ends at 11PM the night before the event after which you will have to register at the event.

This course is “seat time” intensive, so make sure you and (if you choose) your vehicle are ready for the track.

Keystone Heights Airport

The Keystone Heights Airport was constructed in 1942 as Crystal Lake Airfield and finally commissioned in December 1942 as Keystone Army Airfield. The City of Keystone Heights acquired the property from the federal government in 1947.
From its inception, various branches of the military have utilized the Keystone Heights Airport for training exercises. Today this continued military training use runs alongside commercial and general aviation use. The airport shares the North border with Camp Blanding’s Joint Training Center which is the primary military reservation and training base for the Florida National Guard. The airport has an active drop zone and aerobatic box, so on any given day you can see military airdrop training, exciting aerobatic maneuvers and a wide variety of private planes, jets and helicopters using this amazing airport facility.
The FIRM is located within the airport’s perimeter security fencing making us one of the most private and secure motorsports and military training facilities in North America.
With two runways of 5,044 and 4,899 feet, you can fly into the Keystone Heights Airport and we will pick you up for your class.

[h=2]Basic Student Information[/h]

Please eat a good breakfast and arrive at 8:30 AM.
Once you arrive at gate G-2, please use the phone by the gate to call the office, and one of our staff will open gate for you. Or contact us to the phone number posted on the FIRM sign attached to the gate.
Your class instruction will begin promptly at 9:00 AM.
Please bring your driver’s license with you.
Be sure to wear a long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and closed-toed shoes. Racing suits are available if needed.
Personal helmets are allowed if they are an SA-2010 or newer, but please be aware that if your helmet is not equipped with communication connectors compatible with our systems, you won’t have in-car communications with your instructor.
Our customers are welcome to make use of their own GoPro or similar equipment. We have camera mounts available if needed. The FIRM is not responsible for lost or damaged recording equipment.
We will provide beverages and snacks during the courses. For full day courses, there will be a 1-hour lunch break and lunch will be provided. If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know in advance of your arrival.
Lunch is included with all of our courses with the exception of a half day course. Lunch is $15 per additional non-participating guest.
If you are attending any of our Off-Road or ATV/UTV courses, plan on bringing a change of shoes and clothes. You will get dirty.
We recommend you bring an extra change of clothes when attending any course.
While guests are welcome, please understand that they will not be able to ride or drive in any of the activities.
Our school vehicles are predominantly manual transmission equipped. If you are not able to use a manual, no problem! We will teach you how to drive a manual transmission car as part of the course.
Full day courses typically end at 4:00 PM. Half day courses typically end at 1:00 PM.

[h=2]Photo/Video Package Option[/h] The Action Package with Video includes 25-40 photos and GoPro in car video of your experience. Your Action Package will be sent to you on CD or jump drive following your course. The cost for the Action Package is only $99.00 for your first class day plus $75 for each additional day for multiple day courses.
[h=2]Lodging[/h] Our recommended lodging is the Hampton Lake Bed and Breakfast (800-480-4522). You can also visit our Lodging page for additional lodging options. Please mention The FIRM when booking a room at these establishments. If you choose to stay in Jacksonville, or Gainesville, allow at least 45 minutes to an hour travel time to the track.
[h=2]Finding Us[/h] We are located at the Keystone Heights Airpark, just off FL100 about 4.5 miles north of Keystone Heights, Florida and about 8 miles south of Starke, Florida. Some GPS units have a hard time finding us, so here are some simple directions:

From FL100, look for the white “Keystone Heights Airpark” and our black “FIRM/RallyPro/ISA sign at the intersection of FL100 and Airport Road (Some GPS units refer to Airport Road as 82nd Street)
Turn onto Airport Road and go approximately 1/4 mile. Look for the black “FIRM/RallyPro/ISA sign on the right.
Turn left at the FIRM sign and you will see an airport gate marked “G-2”.
Call the main office at 352-473-2999 and we will open the gate for you.
When the gate opens, pull forward and turn left onto a gravel road. Drive approximately 9/10ths of a mile and you will see our complex entry gate.
Park in front of the white building with the FIRM/RallyPro/ISA signs on it.

All vehicles you use at the RallyPro Performance Driving School at The FIRM must be fully covered for damages or you must post a damage deposit as described in our Vehicle Damage Agreement.
If you have any special needs during your visit, please let your instructor or one of our office staff know and we will do our best accommodate you.
