haha i wish it was a generation 4 single turbo! now THAT would be the best.

im assuming youre going for generation 3 (i believe the 87-92 were gen 3s...not sure on it)

but those are really understated cars. my neighbor has an 87 silver but its N/A and hes got a system and limo tint and some springs on it. he put a new muffler but its like a stock muffer.

the turbo ones put out like 250hp i believe if right. good ole 7a-gte or something close to that code. theyre relatively good to mod but ill give u this advice now. they dont look good with body kits and etc on them (all the kits for those generation of supra IMHO look like shit) theyre either ricey or too conservative and smooth looking to spend $$$ on. theyre great sleepers if u upgrade the turbo and boost it up high and etc. can be making 300 hp in no time with a front mount and some tune ups and upgraded stuff. i dont know much about those generation of single turbo supras but im sure mr 2 and the other supra owners here (94redsupra?) can help u

i have to admit im not terribly fond of the boxy outdated styling but i do like the power...

im jealous jesse ur going to be faster than me now!!

 

what year supra 3rd gen.? those r nice I have been trying to find a good deal on a 4th generation 1993 - 95 preferly a 95 320hp stock 1/4 mile in 13.9 completly stock. Good luck those r good cars all toyota r my 86 truck just hit 335k miles and still runing strong

Youre right gen 3. 230 hp and the body kits do look like junk. Except from bomex. I could swap the mofo like the dude in supastreet. The styling is okay but there getting cheaper and cheaper. Im planin go n my first mod as a turbo timer or intercooler. Of course getting the car is the first step.

by the way my family currently owns 3 toyotas
my 93 camry
my moms 00 camry
my dads 89 toyota p/u 4x4 with 56000 miles on it.

but he doesnt drive it much since he has a florida fish and wildlife conservation commission (fwc---game wardens) green crown vic with the 4.6L in it. that thing hauls ass.

 

Damn thing isnt back fromthe mechanic...at least its at the mechanic getting the head gasket replaced.

 

Does that place on ulerton (?) or wherever John works at now deal in toyota goodness....damn tems....Just trying to get my ducks in a row before......I dunno...some sort of end to this anaolgy.
