Default whats the difference in motors....

2JZGTTE- $5000-$7000

2JZGTE- $2000

what makes them different because the price between the 2 is a big differents. because if i went with the 2JZGTTE it comes with a 6 spd trans and the 2JZGTE comes with a automatic transmissions. If i went with the 2JZGTE and just change the ecm, trans, and wiring and save some money? or in the ends its going to be the same amount

There is no such thing as a 2JZ-GTTE

It's a 2JZ-GTE. It's a twin turbo engine that came in the MKIV ( 93-98 ) Supra. The V-160 is the 6 speed trans, and pretty damn expensive.

What car are you putting this in?

A civic with a 2jzgte.....now thats just blasphemy hahahaha

Nah but I don't think there is a 2jzgtte and if there is the extra T I would presume means twin turbo but even the 2jzgte is twin turbo. So I don't see why they would have a 2jzgtte.

its either a 2JZ-GE (non-turbo) or a 2JZ-GTE(Twin Turbo) No such thing as a 2jzgtte. Non turbo ge come with a 5-speed trans(w58 ) and a auto. Turbo gte come with the v-160 6-speed or a auto

Technically, it's both. Converts electrical and thermal energy into mechanical motion.

Where do you factor in electrical? Via ignition?
