Default Need help with 91 Supra plz

My supra finally left me stranded after almost 6 months of driveing with no problems at all. The Problem Im haveing is that it is getting absolutly no power at all anywere. The battery is fine so I know thats not it. I looked at all the fuses under the hood and all the relays and everything checked out fine (that I could see and tell), next I took apart the fuse block to look for loose or damaged wires and didnt see any. Now I can take a Piece of wire and jump it from the positive on the battery to the alternator and everything works just fine (how I got it home) it cranks right up, drive and runs like absolutly nothing is wrong. Dont even throw a CEL, Im pretty good with working on cars and know my way around pretty good, except when it comes to the electronic part of them. I have a voltmeter I just wasnt sure were to start testing or even really were to set the voltmeter at (what volts and stuff to set it to) to get the right readings. If anyone can help it would make me very happy. Cause until it gets running like its suppose to I stuck driveing the ol ladys camry lol.

The wire going from the Battery to the fuse box, Has a black cover on it. It is a white wire that splits into 2. Broke off inside the black cover. Most likely what is wrong.

Pulled into a gas station to get a drink turned it off. Came back went to start it up and had absolutly nothing. Had tp jump a wire from the + on the battery to the alternation to get it to start and get home.

so it didnt crank at all? did you reset the stock alarm? if you were able to jump start it like that ill bet you set off the stock alarm somehow and it disabled the starting circuit.

reset the stock alarm and then try it.

It wasnt the alarm, I wasnt in a good mood this morning so I didnt really get into it. But after closly (cuting the wire harness cover open) and following some wires. I Found out that some 1 that had the car before must of had some kind of electronic problem or something. The 2 whire wires that run into the fuse block. well 1 is cut in the cover (no other half anywere) and the other 1 was cut and only being held togher by a wire connector. So I tore that ghetto Rig ish out and ran a piece of brand new wire and its all working now.
