The answer to your question is no.

an auto bell housing will not bolt up to a r154. If you want to use an r154 with the 2jz you will need a manual 1jz bell housing and I think that will bolt right up to the 2jz block. Now clearance and other issues I have no idea.

yea you need to either use a 1jz bellhousing, r154, 1jz flywheel, and a 7m turbo clutch kit, OR a mk4 na flywheel, or is300, or sc300 5speed flywheel, and a mk4 na, sc300 or is300 5speed.
no auto bellhousing will interchange with a manual box.

You can use the MKIV TT manual tranny if you can find one. They will cost more than your looking to spend I believe. Used 6 speeds are running $3000+ in good condition, $2500 if they need rebuilding - which will run you about $1000.

W58's will also bolt right up. That is the NA MKIV 5 speed. I've seen them going for $300 on Supraforums.

The W58 came standard in MKIV NA Supras. They are the same dimention as the ones in the MKIII Supra. All the clutches for MKIII and MKIV NA are the same, so yes you can use the same clutch and flywheel you have.
Thanks for the props.
