clutch pedal still close to the floor after new master?
ok i just installed a new master cylinder for the clutch, after installing , a friend of mine and myself bled the system at times getting a realy stiff pedal to nothing at all,but now it starts to engage very close to the floor but drives, im guessing i didnt bleed it enough yet but any help will be appreciated thanks

you do know when you replace the master it is a good idea to do the slave right? if the pedal is good sometimes flat others check the slave. they see the exact same suty so if one goes the other cannot be far behind

well i cant say bout the slave but it looks to be in good condtion...i actually havnt fixed it yet , so is there a screw or bolt for the rod on the adjustment , i have a chilton manual but doesnt really say

the rod its self should have a nut on it to hold it in place and the rod will be threaded.
also it is possible that the slave is bypassing and not leaking. it wll appear good, but wont make the pressure

all good , yes found the rod and bolt, plenty of feel now , bout even with the brake pedal.which is where it was before but now stiffer, also with a trd clutch, so it grabs..thanks for the help guys
