this is my friend richards supra from north carolina, he was at the track in fayetville doing some shakedown passes and on his 3rd run in the return lane this happened:

nevermind pics removed until insurance will finish investigation!
it was a 9second supra that caught on fire and burned to the ground on the return lane at the track.........................and they nevercalled the fire department!

Unfortunately that happens sometimes. I urge everyone to get a fire extingusher in their cars. You never know when something like that might happen.
A battery cut off swicth also would be nice. In case its an electrical source fire.
I don't see Fire Departments really rushing to put out a car on fire unless its in an area were it can hurt people or property.
Question did your freind have the battery relocated to the rear of the car?
