Default Nedd some help with my camry

Yesterday my bro and me put on a new intake and tookout the old stock intake. The car sounds great now But one small problem the check signal is always on when the car is on. There's 2 sensor plugs and we got one to go into the intake but the other one we couldnt find a place to put it. my bro is thinking of taking the area where the plugs plug into from the stock intake and putting it with the new intake(kinda hard to explain). My bro says it's ok with the check signal on, you guys ever have this problem with an intake? help me out ok guys!

Thieeeery, you need to take a picture. you need to look at your old stuffs to see where that sensor went

or

Go to autozone, have them pull the code for you from the Check Engine Light, and see what it is.

Autozone is easy, quick, and free. Why do it himself? Plus,he doesn't have the codes on hand.

its simple, the plug that you cannot find a place for is now throwing codes. if you got the right intake for your model car, it should have a place for that sensor/plug. if not, you must somehow find a place for it on the new intake.

you must at least cap off the new plug if there isnt a spot for it, you cant just leave it open.

Default autozone bla

Alright so I went to autozone, took freaking 30 mins to finally get someone out to run a check on my car. The errors are 2x p0446 and 2x P0441.

P0441: The Pcm has determined that the purge flow in the evaporative emission control system is incorrect for the current engine operating conditions.

P0446: The Pcm has determined that a malfunction exists in the electrical circuit for the vent control in the evaporative emission control system.

I think I kno where it's throwing out these codes, it's this damn lil sensor box with 2 tube things sticking out. But i don't know what to connect to these things. The guy at autozone said I'll probably need a diagram of the intake. I'm thinking of lining up my friends camry 99 with mine and figure out which tubes are to connect to what. I'll take a pic of that box later.
