if money is not an issue do the 3s swap, if money is get a turbo and manfold from a mr2. (3S-gte) and it will bolt right up to your 5s,
you will need to make a downpipe, oil and water lines to make it all work, and a few fuel system tricks to get it to handle boost.
nothing about the turbo conversion is very hard. can be completed ina day or so.

For it to be safe, I recommend a rising rate boost dependant fuel pressure regulator, 440cc injectors, and an MSD BTM (boost timing master) to control ignition timing. If you get all these things mentioned above, and your engine has lower miles, you could run 10-12psi safely for awhile till the headgasket lets go.
I recommend that you do the 3sgte swap there good motors and they produce a good amount of horsepower also if you do decide to do that replace your crank with the 5sfe it will increase your displacement making it a 2.2L you will have a serious Camry

if u have the injectors you dont really need the vortech fmu, those are usually used for stock injector setups. go with what mark said and pick up a $150 aeromotive rrfpr and a minigauge and that will defnately help, esp when getting it tuned. maybe even pick up an s-afc.
as far as the 3s swap depending what year your camry is you might have alot of work cut out for you. and the stroker kit isnt as simple as bolting in a 5s crank in a 3s block. the rods have to be custom length and etc etc. 5s-fe block with 3s-gte head wouldnt be cheap either, i dont remember teh specifics of this.
