In the top right of the screen there are boxes for logging in.
Username/password/etc.

As of 24 January about 5P-M,
I can no longer log in there. The username box is covered by something called "f-connect"
which is trying to set me up with face book.

Please fix this.......it was working a couple days ago.

7 February. I am still using the alternative login. If you guys will tell me where to drive to so I can log in right in front of you, then you can see personally what I am talking about.

The procedure which I have to use:I logged in today

What web browser version are you using and how big is your screen ?

 

Screen is almost 18" diagonal.
Size of screen and resolution is not the issue. I can see the entire top of the TR Home page including the top of the buildings on the top left corner. I can center the home page on my screen and can see black on both edges.
I can scroll down and read "page generated in x seconds with x inquiries".

If you will give me specific steps and what I click on to capture a picture
of what I am seeing, I will do so.

 

While viewing the page with the problem, hit "Alt-Prt Scrn" to take a snapshot of the browser window.

open up microsoft paint, paste in the screenshot and then save the picture. Upload the saved picture to this thread so I can see what you are seeing.

FireFox can be downloaded here.

Chrome can be downloaded here.

And Safari can be downloaded here.

I would probably start with firefox first, then work your way down if it doesn't work out for you. You want to make sure to click the download button, and it might ask if you want to save that file to your computer, or ask for permission to download. Say yes.

After that click run or double click the file itself or open. If that doesn't work you might have to find that particular file in your computer in order to open, and activate it for installation. If you haven't messed around with your computer settings that much, it will usually download to a folder in your files called "Downloads". That particular folder can usually be found in an area called "My Computer".

Just look around and find it, the file might have a little logo on it of the internet browser it represents. Once you find it double click it, and if it asks you for permission to "run", say yes. It will usually install itself after that with minimal effort from your end. Try that and then try logging back onto TR and see what happens. If you need additional help, report back here. Just a note of thanks. I now have Mozilla/Firefox and TR is so much easier and faster to read.-Bob

To log on, I still go to Events and try to post.....so it will give me the two login
strips in the middle of the page. (Screen name and password) If you have any suggestions,
for a proper way to login, I'm willing to listen......
