no point putting in a return rep button, most people are maxed already.
rep is useless and broken, it's broken specifically BECAUSE of things like "return rep"... If someone says or does something good, and gets rep for it, they shouldn't have to return the rep to the person who gave it. Thats just pointless. I'll just go set everyone's rep to max so we can forget all about it again.
