2)And also what is this Intercooler has driver-controlled manual water spray cooler with low-fluid indicator.

This means when the car comes on the gauge needles go all the way to the max. So for instance the tach sweeps from 0 all the way to 9,000 rpm

This means the car has an intercooler spray system that allows water to spray over the intercooler to help dissapate heat. The switch will only spray for 2 seconds at a time and has a warning light on the dash that shows when the resevoir is empty so you do not burn the pump.
