I agree with specvmatt on S&R. I'm sure there are other good shops, but I have only had positive experiences with them. They built my 2.7stroker 08 sti (430whp, breakin tune) and have done all sorts of other work to my car, all without any issues and at a reasonable price. Check out their new shop and talk to Bobby.

Taylor @ S&R is thwe only one I know of that has the experience building Subie motors and I havent heard of any of his builds taking a dump.
