Default Need help finding TGV Install write up

Anyone know where I can find a good write up on how to swap out the TGV's? I don't need to do the modding just swapping in some new ones. I just want to make sure that if I have to do these myself that I hook everything back up right. Also does anyone know what the torque specs are for the manifold?

Theres not much too it, Take everything off the Intake Manifold. Hoses,Fuel Rail Junctions, exct. If you have wrenched anything before it will come to you when you start taking it out.The intake manifold will lift off the tgv's with the furl rails attached.
The most important thing is cleaning all gasket points and using new gaskets. Torque all the bolts to OEM specs or your going to have issue's later, make sure your not in a hurry and take your time. The o rings at the bottom of the injectors will tear Very easy.
