looking to clear my 06 headlights out

any suggestions or tips on clearing the headlights? what kind of bulbs are best to swap out after takin out the orange.

Just don't mess it up! Someone in here posted up a picture and what happens if some of the sealing gets on the glass.

i kept the same bulbs. i just took out the orange pieces.

200 degrees, no longer than 20 minutes
