Spacers ftw. lol, jk. I didn't need spacers on my dsm, they fit flush. Not sure how they'll fit on Subarus.
If we can work out a way to meet up this weekend we'll try it out to see how they fit fadedSTI. |
18s man 17s are going to look small

I think some people have a +43 offset on their (05 STi) wheels.
Check out IWSTI. [\whispers] |
The stock STi wheels should be a 53mm offset, so a 44 will make them stick out a little further. It should work if you're not too low, but beware there may be some rubbing issues depending on your selected tire size. I had one rub with my WRX with my 42mm offset rally wheels + tyres (the tyres are ever so slightly taller than my street tires) around a hard drift + rock. They should fit over STi brakes, however, it may impact the overall life of your wheel bearings, and possibly handling to a very small degree.
My $0.02. |
Well if you want them to be perfect, pretty much the only way thats going to happen is to buy brand new wheels. Or check Nasioc or IwSTi.
