Hopefully most of you were able to avoid the monsoon that hit us Friday. I wasn't so lucky. To get home I was driving through people's yards and through some pretty deep water. Long story short, my radiator was absolutley full of leaves, pine needles, and other crap. So this morning I go to take off the front bumper and clean the shit up. Holy hell. I've been working on cars a long time now and let me say, this damned STi bumper was a huge fuckin' pain. I'm used to spending 5mins, or so, to take off a bumper. Not here. There were little plastic pop-its in some of the worst friggin' places. Then add the fact that they're fairly brittle/breakable and my fun meter is just fuckin' pegged. I'm considering doing a front mount in the future, maybe I should just leave the damned thing off until then.

 

Ive broke/lost so many pop clips doing oil chages and such. Those things are a pain in my ass.
