Clutch?
I don't want to spend any more than 500 bucks, and I want kevlar, I heard they don't burn when slipped, opinions please?

I have gone through about 4 going on 5 cluthes now (much cheaper than transmissions) and kevlar does hold out better in the slippage, but it will still slip. It will also chatter like a motherfucker which may get very annoying, I for one, don't mind it too much.
chatter on normal drivability? doesn't that have to do with the flywheel weight?

I did the ACT heavy duty for like $425 shipped. No chatter, great feel, and loves to grab. At first it was a lot stiffer than the stock. Now with about 2,000 miles on it, it feels just like a new stock clutch. Maybe I have just built up my leg muscles instead! I would highly recommend the ACT. I just had my stock flywheel resurfaced.
