car is not lowered or anything stock suspension....just was having the car aligned and they have the toe bottomed out and said nothing more they could do and that there might be a possible issue is this a safety issue or just ride quality?

I've been hearing that dealers will replace struts that clunk. Something like that with toe, you'd hafta take it in and ask.

As far as safety issue, not really. Ride quality, probably not an issue either. But if the toe is out pretty far you'll get abnormal wear on that tire (simple analogy would be dragging the tire sideways while it moves forwards), which can cause a problem down the road as it wears faster than the other side.

While I'm not a dealership employee (read: I don't make the final decision) I would expect that on a stock suspension they would cover it.
