Please help,tranny repair

No major mods, cat-back, apex boost controller, piggyback fuel computer. I need at least for someone to open the tranny case and check out the gearset. Rather someone that has dealt with AWD trannys.

I'm gonna take a guess and say second is trashed 
I have a tranny, it has 80K miles on it but it still works fine, just has a 4th gear grind. Doesnt happen often, MAYBE once a week if you drive it everyday. Make me an offer.
