what's different?

To be specific each picture is showing the change from the '04 aside from the picture of the seat and the picture of the front which I'm unable to spot the change. I don't know the techical changes but the unconfirmed list was posted by me in the Subaru Forums a few weeks ago.
I think the interior changes are really nice but the rear fender flare for the wider tires looks like crap. |

i agree: rear fender flare looks shitty.
also the A/C controls remind me WAY too much of GM design. i'm fearful GM's 20% stake in the company may be rubbing off in some bad ways. oh well, i'm not scheduled to get anything new 'til 2007 when my WRX is paid off, so i really don't have to worry too much about this car:) |
Heard today that the '05 2.5RS gets a new "Sport" model this year...not sure what upgrades it includes though....

I like the steering wheel better, the center console is ok, I like the old one not more or less, but I like it. Interesting that they moved the ebrake, I also like the black headlights.
the only thing I can think of on the front end is the STi logo looks alittle less pink ish and more reddish but that might just be the light and pic. |

Honestly, the only thing I wish I had on mine is the steering wheel.
I'm a bit confused about the tire size as it's the same as the '04 STi and the '05 is suppose to have wider wheels (hence) the additional fender flares. Maybe I'm just stupid and missing something? |
I can't pass judgement on the flares until I see whole side. :dunno:
