This aint really a war story, but its kinda funny. It was around midnight and I made a right onto US19 to head home. About one block in front of me, two VW Golfs pull out of a gas station, one red and one black. I thought they would take off together, but they didnt. I was cruisin behind the red one when all of a sudden, the black one dropped the hammer and took off. Of course, I was lookin for some action, so I downshifted, whipped out from behind the red Golf, and took off after the black one. At roughly 65mph, my turn was comin up, and I was debating whether or not to let the VW go. I glance to my right and spot a patrol car sittin right next to the road! I jam the brakes and slow to about 40mph. I make my turn, praying that he didnt see me, and kinda take off again cause I was worried he might try to run me down. But he didnt. Not the close call I was planning to end my night with, but oh well. haha It was a good adrenaline rush.

wait, you were going 65 on 19. isnt the speed limit on most of 19 55? cop wouldnt pull you over for going 10 over on 19, ive flown by cops going that fast and they dont bother. One time a cop saw me race a guy from a dig to 70 in my ss in a 45 zone and didnt even follow me. I just kept going.

Yeah, it was in my Lancer OZ. And the speed limit was only 45. I was only worried cause we blew by not 30 ft away from the patrol car.
