These pistons come in a b16b (ctr motor) which yields 10.8:1
To my knowledge a b16a block is the same thing as a b16b block.
The b16b block is basically the same as the b18c1 or b18c5 but with a different crank,rods,and pistons. If you use the link provided to compute compression, be sure to change the piston-to-deck clearance at the bottom of the page to -0.017. Then you will see 12to1 compression. I have built one of these before and measured the piston to deck height my self.
