Installing CTR pistons into a stock B16a block that has not been decked using a B16 head (un cut) and a stock head gasket will give you 12.132821051442619 to 1 compression ratio. People do not take into account the fact that when these pistons are installed into a B16a, they sit out of the cylinder 0.017". They have a positive piston-to-deck clearance.

These pistons come in a b16b (ctr motor) which yields 10.8:1
To my knowledge a b16a block is the same thing as a b16b block.
