I have a completely stock LS on 93 octane w/ 270 ft/lb's on low boost. I'll keep you posted on high boost tq #'s, after next weekend. With lower compression engines, running a high level of boost, will net you high tq #'s. For 250lb/ft you do not need to sleeve or bore over a B series to a 2.0L, that is unnecessary. Of course displacement is the obvious answer for increased output, or torque, but for what you are looking for you can achieve that with far less.
