Parts ? Mods ? Set-up ?
WEll.... This is an engine that for some reason, no one has ever though up... Its a D16Z6 block with a D16A6 head ( D15b2 in my current state ). I call it the "un-mini-me". Slap a vtec head on a non-vtec block you get high compression, right ?? Well, if you do the oppisite and you slap a non-vtec head on a vtec block, you get low compression !!! 8.4/1 compression to be exsact....
Anyway here is the parts list...
D16Z6 block with 98K miles
D15b2 head with 160K miles ( same as A6, just weaker cam ).
D16Y8 intake manifold with IAT sensor dangling by the firewall.
Ported HF manifold with BMC racing adaptor plate
unported ( for now ) TD04L-13T WRX turbo with -5,000k miles
Starion FMIC without custom endtanks ( 1.5'' piping and all ).
Late 80's volvo adjustable BOV.
FMS
DSM 450cc injectors with AFC hack untuned
PM6 un-chipped
Misc.
Stock full sized radiator
No A/C
DX tranny with 160K miles
new 93' clutch that can't hold past 6-7psi without slipping
Stock exhuast with 2 1/4'' DP that makes a 90degree turn
Few PVC parts on the IC piping ( painted black )
