I agree adding a ITR manifold (a 68mm tappered to 64mm throttle body would also do nice). As for ECU just throw a skunk2 P28 ecu in there it usually does the trick Na and you can buy a V-AFC to tune the curve if you have to. Also I have yet to see a b16 with torque anywhere near a b18c so if you want to have the extra go you might want to look into swapping in a b-series bottom end down the road. I know I am going to get flamed for this but many have said there is no replacement for displacement and this factor holds true with hondas as well.
