Anybody with a welder can do it for you you dont even have to be able to bend pipes. When we used to do intercooler pipes in Virginia we just got a core and a bunch of pre-bent pipes from Burns Stainless. We just cut and welded what we needed. You just have to figure out what material you want it made out of and find a welder than can do that material. Aluminum is usally the most difficult not many people can weld aluminum. Mild steel is going to be the easiest to do but youll have to coat the pipes to prevent rusting (it will end up looking like the passenger side pipe on Billys silver Golf above). Stainless is the shiznit but expensive.
