I'm working on rebuilding a b81a1 just like the subject says. I've got 2 blocks (one shot to hell, look at my gallery to see the damaged motor) and one is good and the other isn't. I'm looking to peice this thing together and get it running soon, but both cranks are shot.

Is $250 for a new crank, rod bearing and main bearings a reasonable price? ALSO, how much wiser would it be to go with a type r oil pump and water pump over the stock version (b18a1)?

I'd just like to thank anyone with informative information. I'm relitively new to actually building/working on my own stuff and am trying to learn as much as I can.
