I've been to Vegas twice. First time I stayed at Ceasar's Palace and the second time I stayed at the Paris. Both casino's were very nice. NYNY had just opened at that point, and it was certainly very different. The roller coaster is pretty fun though. I think the next time I go out that way I want to stay at the Belagio.
