First you'll have to remove the plastic trim piece. The deck is attached to a mounting harness which can be removed by 4 screws (1 in each corner), take the entire unit out. You'll probably have to remove the center console as well, but it's not too difficult. There's 2 screws under the ashtray/cupholder, 1 screw on each side of the console in the rear (backseat area) and then 2 more screws attaching it to the dash (under the plastic trim piece).
