I posted it to let people know about it because there were a few people at the Gville event who were upset about it.

The bottom line is that the decision was made by the Solo 2 advisory board and it's not up for debate. There was a lot of discussion about numbers on the yahoo group for cfrsolo2 late last season and that's when it was up for debate. The bottom line is that shoe polish just isn't visible enough to work well. And it runs off when it rains. If you really have that much of an issue with it, send an email out on the list with your input.



And just for the record....

Tape never comes off during runs rain or shine.
Decent magnetics don't come off.
Shoe polish runs when wet.
You've autoxed YOUR car 1 time in two years.
