yes you can pull one out without breaking it... it is rough but can be done... pull the weather stipping off all the way around... take a knife and work it in between the window and the frame (just a little tiny bit will do... you dont want to break the window...), ok now take a steel wire and thread it in the gap you made with the knife... get a friend to sit inside the car and you out side... wrap the wire around a piece of wood or somthing like that and work it back and forth... you will saw threw the glue yeilding you a nice windsheild...
