Driving home from hybrid performance i decided to lay into it hard on 275 just to make sure it was running good for trackday. Soon as i build boost and it starts pulling i hear i loud "pop".:o The car sounded like it was running on 2 cylinders. Pull over and while waiting to get towed home i pull the plugs to find it is something electrical. Seemed like the Distributor went bad(crank angle). Went and bought a $400 moroso distributor. Put it in and it sounds like something is frying:o . Checked everything and finally deciced to plug the stock ecu in. Go to start it and fires up. My $1400 AEM is fryed

Just in time for trackday

. Now i have to try and get them to send me one. Looks like my car will be off the road for a long time. My AEM wideband went bad and i returned it to racing zone over a month ago and i was told it will be another 3 weeks. I cant be without my ecu for months on end. Screwed out of another trackday

. Maybe i'll sleeve the block. I dont know what else to do. Very upseting to buy expensive equipment and have it fail. Add insult to injury they are in no hurry to replace parts. When i buy from a store as large as racing zone you would think they would stand behind there stuff a little better.
