We all know Hurst is the company that created the iconic shifter and many other speed parts, but the marketing in racing for their success goes to Linda Vaughn. This vintage magazine is from 1970 and is jam packed full of photos and her life story.
This is a pretty rare publication and is highly sought after by vintage drag racing fans. To accompany the Hurst racing theme, the slideshow background sounds are from a vintage 1964 drag racing LP called "Hurst Takes You To The 64 Nationals". Drag racing from the 1964 NHRA Nationals and has a ton of interviews from Wally Parks, Don Garlits, and many more!
