The Premier Padmini is an Indian copy of a 1950s Fiat 1100 that was widely used as a taxi in its home country. Padminis are hard to come by in the states, so when this Lemons Rally team wanted to run one, they had to make a replica based on the (sorta) more common Fiat 1100. So it's a replica of a replica, based on the original. Got it? Yeah, neither do we.
