The underside was media-blasted and refinished in 2023, at which time the rear frame rail was repaired and a modified front cross-member was installed along with a five-speed Ermish-built dog box transmission and a Cusco limited-slip differential with 4.38:1 gearing. An Ermish CV axle kit was installed, and the transmission was repaired and fitted with a replacement striker and selector in March 2024.

The car is not legal for road use and carries no title or registration. It is being sold on a bill of sale.
