- This is where we are going for Monday. Pencil in for a 3:00 pm or 3:30 pm take off time. We plan to bring over Wes's Army and help Jason put up over 300 candles on the various men and women's markers that have passed serving our beautiful country.
Also we plan to eat before we leave and may stop to get drinks on the way to the park.

The Veterans Memorial Park located in Las Cruces, New Mexico was constructed by the Las Cruces Home Builders Association under the direction of the city and was dedicated May 5, 1999. In honor and memorial of the men and women who fought and served in the United States armed forces and in particular, those who served from Las Cruces area, the Veterans Memorial Park exhibits monuments to honor their sacrifices made over the course of history. The history recognized begins from as early as the American Revolutionary War to the present day. The arrival time is from 7:00 am - 8:30 am. Late entry will not be allowed to this event. All vehicles must be parked by 9 am to participate and are asked to stay until the end of the event at 1 pm. Your vehicle is automatically entered for a chance to win a trophy, free of charge.
