Dunno if you can build a track of any description with a footprint to handle all the extra stuff (parking, camping, offices) in 100 acres. I don't think any of the existing Cup short tracks are on that small a tract of land. I know Steve Phelps says they have renderings, so....man, I'd love to be wrong.
