they're ruthless in SC. every time i drive on 77 or 85 through there i watch my speed. they are hidden everywhere, just sitting in their camaro's waiting for ya.
i've been ticketed for 9 over before, was doing 20+, but i got a decent cop(only decent because i told him my speedo didn't work and was just following traffic but he told me "tell it to the judge", fucking prick!)
