If it was a washington democrat she would immediately give contracts to friends

who would immediately give her "campaign" contributions. The work would turn out to be either too expensive or would be of poor quality.

Tax payers would have paid for something they did not get.
The administrator and the contractor would make the money and the taxpayer would get screwed as always
and would be stuck with paying the tax bill.....as always...
