The early scenes in the movie are very suggestive. When she witnesses the lad harassing the young woman and later the dad treating badly the young mum was almost as if she was watching fragments of her own life. I was expecting the whole movie to consist of a series of random encounters with strangers that would reflect her relationship with her husband. The ending was very explicit, but one could see it coming all along.
